The 2020 International Conference: KSMCB Organizing Committee is offering an online poster presentation platform for accepted authors to upload their virtual poster presentations. The poster will be published during the conference from October 5th to 7th. You can check it on the conference homepage.
To be eligible to use the platform, the following steps should be completed: - Your paper must be accepted into the 2020 International Conference via KSMCB system. - All necessary registration fees have been paid.
All virtual poster presentations must be uploaded from September 12 to September 24.
Virtual posters have two components: an e-poster, and an audio file. (Using English is highly recommended and the quality of recording should be clear)
•
e-Posters should be created in the same format as they would be in on-site presentations and must be saved as a PDF file. *Mandatory for the certificate of poster presentation
•
Audio File: Presenters could provide a 3-5 minute recording describing their poster in English. *Mandatory for the Applicants for Excellent Poster Awards. The review of the poster will proceed along with that of the accompanying recording file. A poster that does not provide a recording file will automatically be excluded from the consideration for Excellent Poster Awards.
•
Q&A will be carried out using the comment box function during conference. Presenters and audiences are able to freely participate in questions and answers.
